Observe a class

You are welcome to sit and observe a class.

Normally, visitors arrive a few minutes early and stay to watch the full course. If this is not possible, please indicate it when planning your visit. The instructor will be available to meet you and answer questions afterwards.

During your visit, please respect the following rules of etiquette:

• When you arrive, remove your shoes and turn off all electronic devices, including your cell phone.

• Please sit respectfully, never with your legs resting on furniture or in a reclined position.

• Please do not eat or drink during class.

• Please refrain from talking to people while they are on the tatami.

• Please do not talk or walk around while the instructor is demonstrating or instructing.

• Please inform the instructor if you need access to the restroom.
