📅 Prochaine session d'Aïkido pour enfants / Aikido for kids ➡️
No martial arts background or experience is necessary. You just need to be interested in trying this dynamic art! Even though Aikido is quite physical and requires stamina, no need to worry about that; our classes are demanding but we always respect everyone’s abilities and limitations. You will build up gradually through training.
What to bring to your first class...
A bottle of water.
A small towel or face cloth (you will sweat a lot!)
Loose-fitting clothes that cover the knees and elbows, preferably sweatpants and a long sleeve shirt.
A bag to hold your street clothes.
Your body, fresh and clean! There will be physical contact with others so please be considerate.
A keen eye! Observation is key to learning any art or practice.
What to do after your first class…
Drink water and stretch your body.
Take a hot bath to relax your muscles.
Get some rest (a good night of sleep, 7-9 hours.)
